Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with activities of daily living to residents
Assist the nursing team with routine clinical tasks and daily care routines
Monitor residents and promptly report any changes in condition to the nurse in charge
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care and resident observations
Support a safe, clean, and respectful environment for residents and colleagues

Qualifications

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
Current CNA credential for Pennsylvania or ability to obtain state credential
CPR/BLS certification preferred
Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar setting is a plus
Ability to pass background check and required health screenings

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Familiarity with basic patient care procedures and infection control practices
Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
Patient-focused mindset with empathy and good bedside manner
Basic documentation and time-management skills
