Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting) with dignity and respect
Provide attentive bedside care and monitor residents’ comfort and basic needs
Record observations and vital signs accurately and communicate changes to the care team
Support a safe, clean, and compassionate living environment for residents
Collaborate with nurses and other staff to deliver person-centered care

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (required)
Prior experience working as a CNA is valued; new grads who are eager to learn are welcome
Ability to pass background checks and required health screenings
Strong communication and teamwork skills; a caring attitude goes a long way
CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain

Education

High school diploma or GED
Completion of an accredited CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Understanding of basic patient care and infection control practices
Comfortable with safe transfer and mobility assistance techniques
Accurate documentation and charting skills
Ability to recognize changes in resident condition and escalate appropriately
Compassionate interpersonal skills and patience when working with older adults
