Candidate Pay Rate: $22 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with activities of daily living to residents
Assist with mobility, transfers, bathing, dressing and toileting while promoting resident dignity
Measure and record vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team
Document care accurately and timely in resident records
Help create a safe, clean and comfortable environment for each resident
Communicate respectfully with residents, families and interdisciplinary team members to support person-centered care

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (required)
Completion of an accredited CNA training program
CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Comfortable working as part of a team and supporting residents with compassion
Ability to follow care plans, documentation standards and facility policies

Education

High school diploma or equivalent and completion of a CNA program

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on experience assisting with ADLs and basic patient care
Ability to take and record vital signs accurately
Basic infection control and safety practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with residents and team members
Reliable time management and documentation habits
