Shift Type: Days: To be confirmed, 2:45 PM - 10:30 PM (Evening shift)

Hours per Week: 39

Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide attentive, compassionate direct care to residents and patients
Support activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, feeding) with dignity
Safely assist with mobility and transfers to promote independence
Document care and observations clearly and promptly to support the care team
Communicate changes in patient condition to nurses and clinical staff
Help create a warm, comfortable environment that supports patient well-being

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (required)
Valid work authorization for employment in the U.S.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS)/CPR certification preferred or obtained quickly
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset
Comfortable performing hands-on patient care and following safety protocols

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on patient care and assistance with ADLs
Basic infection control and safe handling practices
Accurate documentation and charting of care provided
Effective verbal communication with patients, families, and clinical staff
Time management and the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy setting
