Shift Type: Per diem (days vary), 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Day shift

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents and assist with activities of daily living
Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting and mobility while preserving dignity
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff promptly
Support safe transfers and ambulation, using proper body mechanics
Document care accurately and communicate effectively with the care team
Contribute to a warm, respectful environment that promotes resident well-being

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Availability for per diem evening shifts (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM)
Strong communication and patient-care focus
Ability to pass facility-required screenings and background checks

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on resident care and personal care skills
Ability to follow care plans and document observations clearly
Basic infection control and safety practices
Teamwork and professional communication with nursing staff
Compassionate bedside manner and respect for resident dignity
Time management to prioritize resident needs during shift
