Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Day shift (days of week not specified)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
Take and record vital signs and report changes to the nursing team
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients
Document care accurately and timely in the patient record
Communicate clearly with nurses, therapists, and family members to support care plans
Support infection control practices and follow facility policies

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
Eligible to work in New Jersey and meet facility registry requirements
Comfortable working the 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM shift
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Previous experience in long-term care or similar settings is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

Patient care and basic nursing assistant skills
Vital sign measurement and basic clinical observation
Infection control and safety practices
Clear verbal and written communication
Ability to follow care plans and document appropriately
