Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Take and document vital signs accurately and promptly
Provide compassionate bedside care and emotional support to patients and families
Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents
Report changes in patient condition to the nursing team and follow care plans
Support team workflows by preparing supplies and assisting with transfers

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred
Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings
Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude
Previous experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings is a plus

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred; completion of an approved CNA training program required

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in patient hygiene, transfers, and safe mobility techniques
Comfortable taking and recording vital signs and observing clinical changes
Knowledge of infection control practices and resident safety protocols
Ability to follow care plans and document care accurately
Team-oriented with strong interpersonal and time-management skills
