Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate personal care to residents and support activities of daily living
Assist with transfers, mobility, bathing, dressing, feeding, and toileting while maintaining dignity
Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team
Follow individualized care plans and document interventions accurately
Maintain a safe, clean environment and adhere to infection control practices
Communicate clearly and kindly with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Comfortable working 12-hour night shifts (06:30 PM to 06:30 AM)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
CPR/BLS certification preferred
Ability to pass facility-required background check and drug screen

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on patient care and assistance with activities of daily living
Vital signs measurement and basic clinical observations
Accurate documentation and charting of patient care
Infection control best practices and safe patient handling
Compassionate communication with patients and families
Teamwork and collaboration in a multidisciplinary care setting
