Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating shifts with call as needed, averaging 12 days per month including at least one weekend (Friday 5:30 PM - Monday 7:00 AM), 30-minute response time

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $97 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Scrub in for cardiac and peripheral procedures including PCI and STEMI cases
Assist with all cardiac invasive procedures and peripheral interventions
Prepare and maintain equipment for diagnostic and interventional cases
Collaborate with cardiologists and the care team during procedures
Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout each case
Document procedures accurately in the Cerner EMR system

Qualifications

RCIS certification required
BLS certification required
Minimum 2 years of cath lab experience
Scrub experience for PCI and STEMI procedures
Ability to scrub both cardiac and peripheral cases

Knowledge & Skills

Strong understanding of cardiac and peripheral procedures
Experience with Cerner EMR system
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Comfortable with on-call responsibilities
