Roles & Responsibilities

Drive financial and operational success through smart management
Lead and inspire a talented team of technologists

Ensure top-notch image quality and patient care standards

Collaborate across departments to deliver exceptional imaging services
Act as a vital liaison for patients, families, and care teams

Qualifications

Current full Certificate of Radiologic Technology (CRT) from California Department of Health Services or ARRT license
Current CPR Certification
Five years experience as a Diagnostic Technologist in acute-care
Two years supervisory experience in acute-care
Associate Degree preferred
Certification in specialized area (CRT, NMTBC, MRI etc.) desired

Education

Associate Degree (minimum)
Three to five years prior supervisory/managerial experience desired

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in financial, HR, leadership, quality, and operational management
Strong regulatory compliance with Joint Commission, Title 17 & 22, ACR
In-depth knowledge of radiographic principles, radiation safety, and patient positioning
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
Self-motivated with skills in delegation and resource management
