Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents at Andover Manor Rehab & Nursing
Administer medications and treatments accurately, following facility protocols
Perform thorough patient assessments and communicate changes to the care team
Document care activities clearly and promptly to support continuity of care
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute individualized care plans
Support residents with daily living activities while promoting dignity and independence
Participate in shift handoffs and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment

Qualifications

Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) credential
Current, active license to practice as an LPN or RN (state licensure expected)
Comfortable working a 12-hour day shift schedule (8:00 AM - 8:00 PM)
Strong communication and teamwork skills to thrive in a long-term care setting
Compassion, reliability, and a patient-centered approach

Education

Completion of an accredited LPN or RN nursing program
Relevant state licensure for LPN or RN

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in medication administration and basic nursing procedures
Ability to perform resident assessments and recognize changes in condition
Proficient documentation practices and attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills for working with residents, families, and staff
Familiarity with long-term care workflows and regulatory standards
