Location: Lanham, MD
Shift Type: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Day shift (days of week not specified)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $32 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to patients in a rehab setting
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and document per policy
- Monitor patient condition and communicate changes to the care team
- Assist with daily living activities and support patient mobility goals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver coordinated care
- Maintain clear, timely documentation in the patient record
- Support discharge planning and patient education to promote recovery
Qualifications
- Current LPN or RN licensure (able to practice in Maryland preferred)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or obtained upon hire
- Comfortable administering medications and performing clinical procedures
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate patient-centered approach and reliable work ethic
Education
- Completion of an accredited LPN program or equivalent nursing education
Knowledge & Skills
- Fundamentals of nursing care and medication administration
- Familiarity with rehab patient needs and mobility assistance
- Accurate clinical documentation and charting
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication with patients, families, and team members
