Candidate Pay Rate: $33 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate patient care during the evening shift, ensuring safety and comfort
Administer medications and treatments accurately and in a timely manner
Assess patients and report changes in condition to the care team promptly
Document patient interactions, interventions, and care plans clearly in the medical record
Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and support staff to deliver coordinated care
Support discharge planning and patient education so patients leave informed and confident

Qualifications

Active Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse credential (LPN or RN) as appropriate for the role
Licensed to practice in Maryland or eligible for state licensure
Ability to work the evening 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM shift reliably
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude

Education

Graduate of an accredited practical nurse or registered nurse program (program type appropriate to LPN or RN role)

Knowledge & Skills

Solid clinical assessment and basic bedside nursing skills
Medication administration and documentation best practices
Comfortable using electronic health records for charting
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and stay calm in a fast-paced setting
Strong interpersonal skills for working with patients and interdisciplinary teams
