Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care as an LPN at Hillcrest Center
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Document patient assessments, interventions and responses in the medical record
Collaborate with the care team to support care plans and positive patient outcomes
Assist with patient admissions, discharges and transfers with attention to detail
Observe and report changes in patient condition promptly to RN/leadership
Adhere to infection control standards and facility policies to keep patients safe

Qualifications

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential required
Completion of an accredited LPN program (diploma or certificate)
Current basic life support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred or willing to obtain
Comfortable working the listed day shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)
Reliable, professional, and able to pass facility-required background and health checks

Education

LPN diploma or certificate from an accredited program
High school diploma or GED

Knowledge & Skills

Strong fundamentals in medication administration and basic nursing procedures
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with patients and care teams
Ability to accurately document care and follow clinical protocols
Basic computer literacy and ability to learn electronic health record systems
Good observational skills and clinical judgment to report changes in condition
