Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating schedule (2 days one week, 4 days the next), 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Hours per Week: 24

Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities
Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
Assist with mobility, transfers, and personal hygiene
Document care accurately using Point-Click-Care

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in West Virginia
BLS certification required
Proficiency in Point-Click-Care (required)
At least 1 year of CNA experience preferred
Ability to adapt to varying shift schedules

Knowledge & Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Compassionate and patient-centered approach
Time management and organizational skills
Knowledge of infection control protocols
