Location: Elkins, West Virginia

End Date: 09-19-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM; rotating schedule: 2 days one week, 4 days the next

Hours per Week: 24

Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care, assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Document care provided accurately using Point-Click-Care system

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in West Virginia (or compact state)
Experience with Point-Click-Care electronic health records
Ability to travel and work night shifts on a rotating schedule
Must live within 100 miles of the facility in Elkins, WV
Compassionate and reliable with a positive attitude

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in Point-Click-Care software
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of patient safety and infection control practices
Physical stamina to stand, lift, and assist patients
