Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare the operating room and ensure sterility before surgical procedures
Assist the surgical team by passing instruments and supplies during CVOR surgeries
Maintain a safe and organized environment for patients and staff
Monitor inventory and ensure all necessary equipment is available
Collaborate with nurses and surgeons to deliver high-quality patient care

Qualifications

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification required
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Minimum of 1 year of recent CVOR experience preferred
Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in sterile technique and surgical instrumentation
Knowledge of CVOR procedures and protocols
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
