Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $76 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform PET/CT imaging procedures with precision and compassion
Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients
Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process
Collaborate with radiologists to optimize image quality
Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment
Document patient histories and procedural details accurately

Qualifications

Current ARRT (N) or CNMT certification required
Active California state license to practice nuclear medicine
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Minimum 1 year of PET/CT experience preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in PET/CT imaging protocols and radiation safety
Knowledge of radiopharmacy and dosage calculations
Skilled in patient positioning and immobilization
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Computer literacy with PACS and EHR systems
