End Date: 11-02-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour day or night shifts available, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $66 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate nursing care to a diverse patient population including oncology and trauma patients
Administer chemotherapy and monitor for side effects
Titrate intravenous medications such as heparin and cardizem
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes
Perform hourly rounding to enhance patient experience
Float to other PCU and med/surg units as needed

Qualifications

Active RN license in Nebraska or compact state
Minimum 1 year of PCU/Oncology experience
BLS and ACLS certification required
ONS/ONCC certification preferred
Chemotherapy certification preferred
EPIC experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Oncology nursing knowledge
PCU level care and telemetry monitoring
Medication administration including chemotherapy
Ventilator and hemodynamic monitoring (trainable)
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
