Location: Pittsfield, Massachusetts

Start Date: 07-13-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week guaranteed. Every other weekend and holidays as needed. On-call schedule to be determined.

Hours per Week: 60

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert nursing care to labor and delivery patients
Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs
Assist with deliveries and emergency procedures
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure safe outcomes
Educate and support new mothers and families

Qualifications

Active Massachusetts RN license required
2 years current Labor and Delivery experience
BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications must be in hand
Meditech Expanse experience strongly preferred
Must have own reliable transportation
Perm address must be outside 50-mile radius of facility

Knowledge & Skills

Labor and delivery nursing skills
Fetal monitoring and interpretation
Neonatal resuscitation proficiency
Team collaboration and communication
Patient education and support
