Location: Centennial, Colorado

End Date: 10-12-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, rotating weekends and holidays

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to PCU/IMC patients across multiple facilities in Zone 1
Float seamlessly between units - general, cardiac, neuro, oncology, ortho, and more
Monitor telemetry and cardiac drips, titrating medications like dopamine, amiodarone, and heparin
Manage complex patient populations including insulin and Ativan drips
Collaborate with charge nurses and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
Adapt quickly to new environments and patient assignments, maintaining high standards of care

Qualifications

At least 2 years of recent PCU/IMC experience required
Active RN license in Colorado or compact state
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
Experience with cardiac drips, insulin, Ativan, and heparin titration
Neuro and Epic experience preferred but not required

Knowledge & Skills

Strong telemetry and cardiac monitoring skills
Ability to titrate multiple drips safely
Comfortable floating to various units and facilities within a 60-mile radius
Excellent adaptability, time management, and communication skills
Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
