Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $57 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Help patients improve their communication skills and quality of life
- Develop personalized treatment plans for each individual
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding care
- Document progress and adjust therapy approaches as needed
- Educate patients and families on strategies for continued success
Qualifications
- Active Speech Language Pathologist license in Arizona
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Outpatient experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Patient assessment and treatment planning
- Therapy techniques for speech and language disorders
- Electronic medical record documentation
