Shift Type: Rotating shifts including nights, 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver critical care to ICU patients, making a real difference in their lives
Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to changes
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
Advocate for patients and their families during vulnerable moments

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
Minimum 2+ years of ICU nursing experience
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Strong critical thinking and prioritization skills

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator management
Proficiency with ICU-specific equipment and protocols
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments
