Shift Type: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM including some weekends

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Masterfully manage ventilators and Drager vents to support critical breathing needs
Administer CPAPs using Phillips V60 and Hiflo systems with precision and care
Perform arterial blood gas analysis to guide life-saving treatment decisions
Collaborate with the RT team at Doctors Hospital to deliver exceptional respiratory care
Document accurately in Meditech while adapting to dynamic patient scenarios

Qualifications

Active RRT license ready to hit the ground running
At least 1 year of hands-on respiratory therapy experience
Comfortable with night shifts and occasional weekends
Team player eager to make an impact in a busy hospital setting

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in vents, CPAPs, ABGs, and Hiflos
Familiarity with Drager vents, Phillips V60 CPAPs, and Arivo2 Hiflo systems
Proficiency in Meditech documentation
Strong critical thinking for high-acuity respiratory scenarios
