Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate hands-on care to residents, making a real difference in their daily lives
Administer medications and treatments with precision and empathy
Monitor patient conditions closely, responding swiftly to needs
Collaborate with the healthcare team to create personalized care plans
Foster a warm, supportive environment that promotes healing and comfort

Qualifications

Active LPN license in good standing
Current BLS certification
Commitment to high-quality patient care
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced rehab setting

Education

Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment abilities
Excellent communication with patients and teams
Proficiency in medication administration
Adaptability to night shifts and weekend schedules
