Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 3 x 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, including 3 weekend shifts and 1 call shift

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to laboring patients through delivery
Support newborns immediately after birth with skill and confidence
Circulate and recover C-section patients ensuring safety and comfort
Perform procedures including vaginal deliveries, C-sections, D&C and cerclage
Collaborate in a 1:2 patient ratio environment making every moment count
Contribute to shared decision making for exceptional patient experiences

Qualifications

Active RN license with 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience
AWHONN Intermediate or CEFM certification
Current ACLS, BLS and NRP certifications
Ready to float first as part of the team

Education

RN licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in Labor and Delivery procedures and patient care
Proficiency with CPN and Meditech documentation systems
Strong skills in epidural anesthesia and tub labor management
Team player mindset in a fast-paced 12-bed unit
