Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $51 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to med/surg patients on a 33-bed unit
Maintain 5:1 patient ratios while collaborating with charge nurses, techs, and secretaries
Utilize Meditech documentation system to ensure accurate records
Participate in fair floating rotation to support hospital needs
Update patient white boards to enhance the patient experience

Qualifications

Active RN license with at least 2 years of experience
BLS certification required
Basic med/surg knowledge as a must-have skill

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Strong foundation in medical-surgical nursing
Proficiency with Meditech documentation
Team-oriented mindset for seamless unit collaboration
Adaptability to 12-hour night shifts and occasional floating
