Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate med/surg care to pediatric patients
Monitor vital signs and administer treatments with precision
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes
Educate families and support children through their recovery journey
Maintain accurate documentation to ensure seamless care continuity

Qualifications

Active RN license in Missouri
Pediatric nursing experience preferred
BLS certification required, PALS a plus
Strong clinical skills in med/surg setting

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Pediatric assessment and intervention expertise
Family-centered care approach
Effective communication with young patients and guardians
Proficiency in electronic health records
