Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to rehab patients, helping them regain independence
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create personalized recovery plans
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments for optimal outcomes
Educate patients and families on care strategies for lasting health improvements

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
Current BLS certification
Rehab nursing experience preferred but open to passionate newcomers
Strong clinical skills and a patient-centered approach

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in patient assessment and care planning
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Knowledge of rehab protocols and therapeutic interventions
Adaptability in a dynamic healthcare environment
