Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional physical therapy care to help patients regain strength and mobility
Develop personalized treatment plans that make real differences in lives
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Educate patients and families on exercises and recovery strategies
Track progress and adjust therapies to accelerate healing journeys

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant license in good standing
Current state licensure for New Hampshire
BLS certification preferred
Passionate about patient-centered rehabilitation
Ready to jump into a dynamic contract role starting May 18

Education

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy or Physical Therapist Assistant program
Eligible for or holding relevant state licensure

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques
Strong assessment and evaluation skills
Excellent communication for building patient trust
Proficiency with rehab equipment and modalities
Adaptability in fast-paced skilled nursing environments
