Shift Type: Sunday-Saturday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours per Week: 35

Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Empower patients to regain independence through personalized therapy plans
Design and implement innovative interventions that transform lives
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Assess functional abilities and create meaningful rehabilitation goals
Educate patients and families on strategies for long-term success

Qualifications

Active Occupational Therapist license in Washington
BLS certification
Experience in rehab or skilled nursing settings preferred
Compassionate approach with excellent patient rapport

Education

Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in therapeutic exercises and adaptive equipment
Strong assessment and treatment planning abilities
Effective communication with patients and healthcare teams
Knowledge of evidence-based OT practices
