Shift Type: Tuesday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate mental health care to inmates, making a real difference in their lives
Conduct assessments and therapy sessions with skill and empathy
Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient recovery and well-being
Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with clinical standards
Provide crisis intervention and ongoing counseling that truly impacts lives

Qualifications

Active license as a Psychologist or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Experience in mental health or correctional healthcare is a plus
Strong clinical skills and a passion for helping underserved populations
Current BLS certification preferred

Education

Doctoral degree in Psychology for Psychologists, or Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy for LMFTs
State licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in psychological assessments and family therapy techniques
Crisis intervention and behavioral health management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Cultural competence in diverse patient populations
