Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care to cardiovascular surgery patients during critical recovery phases
Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to changes in patient conditions
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize surgical outcomes
Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
Educate patients and families on post-op care for smoother recoveries
Maintain meticulous documentation to support high-quality care delivery

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
Minimum 2 years of recent cardiovascular surgery or related nursing experience
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Travel nursing experience a plus but not mandatory

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment skills in cardiac care
Proficiency with surgical recovery protocols
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to thrive in fast-paced hospital environments
