Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate emergency care to patients in critical moments
Quickly assess and stabilize patients arriving with urgent needs
Collaborate with a dynamic team to provide top-tier emergency services
Monitor patient conditions and respond swiftly to changes
Educate patients and families during high-pressure situations

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
Minimum 2 years of experience, ideally in emergency department
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Ready for the fast-paced world of ER nursing

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)

Knowledge & Skills

Strong triage and assessment abilities
Proficiency in emergency procedures and protocols
Excellent communication in high-stress environments
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
