Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Physician's Assistant shift, Sunday-Thursday, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $35 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate hands-on care to patients in a rehab setting, making real differences in their daily lives
Administer medications and treatments with precision and empathy
Monitor patient conditions closely and collaborate with the healthcare team for optimal outcomes
Assist with daily living activities to promote independence and comfort
Document care accurately to ensure seamless continuity for every resident

Qualifications

Active LPN license in good standing
Travel nursing experience a plus but enthusiasm welcome
BLS certification required
Ready to hit the ground running in a fast-paced rehab environment

Education

Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills
Excellent communication with patients, families, and team members
Proficiency in medication administration and wound care
Adaptability to thrive in dynamic travel assignments
