Shift Type: Rotating shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC including weekends

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to mothers and newborns in a high-volume OB/GYN unit
Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs with precision and empathy
Assist in labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery to create positive birth experiences
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Educate new parents on newborn care and recovery tips for smooth transitions home

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
1+ years of recent OB/GYN or labor and delivery experience
BLS and NRP certifications required
ACLS preferred for added confidence in high-acuity moments

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in electronic medical records and fetal monitoring systems
Strong assessment skills for high-risk pregnancies
Excellent communication for patient and family education
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environments
