RN - Multi Care Unit (ICU/PCU/Medsurg)

Location: Prescott Valley, Arizona

Start Date: 07-13-2026

End Date: 10-12-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a combined acuity unit (ICU/PCU/Med-Surg)
Monitor cardiac rhythms and interpret 12-lead EKGs
Titrate vasopressors, sedation, and insulin infusions
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Float to other units as needed to maintain competency

Qualifications

Active RN license in Arizona
BLS and ACLS certified
Minimum 2 years of ICU experience or combination of ICU and PCU/Med-Surg experience
Must pass dysrhythmia exam with 80% within two attempts

Knowledge & Skills

Cardiac monitoring and dysrhythmia interpretation
Titratable drip management
12-lead EKG proficiency
Mechanical ventilation support knowledge
Telemetry monitoring
