Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM-7:00 PM / 7:00 PM-7:00 AM), every other weekend and holiday

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $61 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to a diverse patient population in the ED, MedSurg, and Swing Bed units
Titrate drips and monitor telemetry, reading strips as needed
Float to ED holds and take charge nurse responsibilities when required
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Maintain a safe and healing environment for every patient

Qualifications

Active RN license in North Dakota or compact state
Minimum one year of MedSurg experience required
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Ability to work every other weekend and holiday
Comfortable floating to ED holds and taking charge shifts

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in telemetry monitoring and rhythm interpretation
Experience titrating common IV drips
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Adaptable to fast-paced, changing environments
