Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver expert care to trauma and burn ICU patients making a real difference in critical moments
Perform advanced procedures like wound care, EVD management and MTP protocols
Collaborate with a dynamic 85-member team using cutting-edge critical care technology
Monitor and respond to high-acuity cases with sharp critical thinking
Support patient ratios of 2:1 in ICU ensuring personalized lifesaving attention

Qualifications

Active RN license ready to hit the ground running
At least 1 year of ICU experience
Must-have trauma, burn and surgical ICU background
Strong communication skills to thrive in team settings
Comfortable floating to MSICU, CVICU, Neuro ICU or PCU units

Education

BSN preferred for top consideration

Knowledge & Skills

Critical thinking that shines under pressure
Expertise in Meditech EMR and critical care equipment
Team player mindset who asks questions and jumps in to help
Proficiency in high-stakes procedures and patient monitoring
