Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor cardiac patients on telemetry units with precision and care
- Respond promptly to rhythm changes and clinical alerts
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Document assessments and interventions accurately
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care throughout each shift
Qualifications
- Active California RN license
- Telemetry or cardiac monitoring experience preferred
- BLS certification required
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
