Shift Type: Monday-Friday, hours may vary between 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, typically 8-hour shifts

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional outpatient physical therapy care to 8-10 patients daily
Treat a variety of conditions including general ortho, neuro, BPPV, vestibular issues, and fall prevention
Work primarily with a large geriatric population to improve mobility and quality of life
Document patient progress using EMR systems with accuracy and attention to detail
Collaborate with PTAs and rehab techs to optimize patient outcomes
Provide personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapy license in Arizona
Minimum 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience
Current BLS and CPR certifications
EMR experience for efficient documentation
Strong clinical skills in orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation

Knowledge & Skills

Outpatient physical therapy techniques and best practices
EMR documentation and patient management systems
Geriatric rehabilitation and fall prevention strategies
Vestibular and BPPV treatment approaches
Effective communication with patients and interdisciplinary teams
