Registered Nurse - Neuro Interventional Radiology

Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Day shift, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM with call required
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide expert nursing care during neuro interventional radiology procedures
- Monitor patients closely before, during, and after sedation
- Collaborate with physicians and the radiology team to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes
- Respond to on-call needs and support emergent cases as they arise
- Document thoroughly and maintain compliance with all hospital policies
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Nebraska or compact state
- ACLS and BLS certifications required
- Sedation experience preferred
- Valid driver's license required at time of submittal
- Must live outside a 50-mile radius of Omaha and not be currently employed by CommonSpirit, CHI, or Dignity facilities
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong understanding of neuro interventional procedures
- Skilled in sedation monitoring and patient safety
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to pass an open-book skills exam with 90% or higher during orientation
