Location: Elkins, West Virginia
Start Date: 06-08-2026
End Date: 09-05-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Sunday-Thursday, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC, every other weekend required
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $36 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate bedside care to residents in a supportive long-term care setting
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create individualized care plans
- Document clinical information using Point-Click-Care electronic health records
- Provide emotional support and education to residents and their families
Qualifications
- Active LPN license in West Virginia or compact license
- Point-Click-Care system experience required
- BLS certification preferred
- Ability to work every other weekend

- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Attention to detail and commitment to resident safety
- Flexibility to adapt to changing resident needs
