Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide expert speech therapy services to 9-10 patients daily across acute care and NICU settings
- Perform modified video swallow studies to assess and treat swallowing disorders
- Support premature infants in the NICU with specialized feeding needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care
- Develop individualized treatment plans that make a real difference in patients' lives
Qualifications
- Active Speech Language Pathologist license in California
- Experience performing modified video swallow studies required
- Comfortable working with both adult acute care patients and premature infants in NICU
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
