Licensed Practical Nurse - Travel LPN
Location: Elkins, West Virginia
Start Date: 06-08-2026
End Date: 09-05-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Sunday-Saturday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 12-hour day shifts with 30-minute meal break
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $36 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents in a skilled nursing setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and document patient conditions, reporting changes to the care team
- Collaborate with RNs and CNAs to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care
- Support daily living activities and promote resident independence and dignity
Qualifications
- Active LPN license in West Virginia or compact state
- Point-Click-Care system experience required
- Ability to work every other weekend
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented attitude
Knowledge & Skills
- Point-Click-Care electronic health record system
- Medication administration and documentation
- Patient assessment and vital signs monitoring
- Infection control and safety protocols
- Effective communication with residents, families, and care teams
