Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Days
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $62 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized speech therapy sessions that help veterans regain communication skills
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to create meaningful treatment plans
- Assess swallowing function and recommend safe dietary modifications
- Document progress and adjust therapy approaches to maximize patient outcomes
- Educate residents and families on strategies to support ongoing communication success
Qualifications
- Active Montana Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience
- Compassionate approach to working with elderly veterans
- Strong assessment and documentation skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in adult speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Ability to develop individualized therapy programs
- Comfortable working in a long-term care setting
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
