Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM and 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-acuity care to adult patients on a busy 40-bed Progressive Care Unit
- Titrate cardiac and critical drips including Heparin, Nitro, Dopamine, Cardizem, Amiodarone, and insulin
- Monitor and interpret telemetry strips while delivering patient-centered care
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support diagnoses ranging from cardiac and vascular conditions to sepsis, stroke, and post-procedure recovery
- Float to MedSurg or ICU as needed to care for PCU-level patients and maintain excellent patient experience scores
Qualifications
- Active RN license and current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Competency managing arterial lines and titratable drips
- Strong communication skills and a flexible, team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and adapt to a culturally diverse patient population
