Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on occupational therapy to patients recovering from orthopedic injuries and surgeries
- Help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence through personalized treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians and rehab teams to deliver exceptional patient care
- Document patient progress using ReDoc and Meditech systems
- Treat a variety of conditions including shoulder repairs, wrist and elbow injuries, fractures, and tendonitis
Qualifications
- Current Oregon Occupational Therapy license required
- BLS certification required
- Outpatient orthopedic experience with focus on upper extremity therapy
- Experience treating shoulder repairs, wrist and elbow tendonitis, and fractures
- Strong documentation and communication skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Orthopedic rehabilitation techniques
- Upper extremity therapy protocols
- Patient assessment and treatment planning
- Electronic medical record documentation
- Lymphedema training is a plus
