Location: Prescott, Arizona

Start Date: 06-29-2026

End Date: 09-28-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care across MedSurg Tele and PCU units
Manage titratable drips including Heparin, Cardizem, Amiodarone, Nitro, Dopamine, Dobutamine, and Insulin
Interpret cardiac rhythms and respond to patient changes with confidence
Support post-cardiac cath and CABG patients through their recovery journey
Collaborate with charge nurses and nursing assistants to deliver excellent care
Float between campuses to support patients wherever the need is greatest

Qualifications

Active RN license in Arizona or compact state
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Minimum 1 year of PCU experience
Comfortable with dysrhythmia interpretation and titratable drips
Must pass dysrhythmia exam with 80% or higher within two attempts

Knowledge & Skills

Strong cardiac rhythm interpretation skills
Experience with CPAP, BiPAP, and heated high-flow oxygen
Ability to adapt quickly between MedSurg Tele and PCU settings
Excellent communication and flexibility for last-minute unit assignments
