Location: Garrison, North Dakota

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM), every other weekend (EOW) and every other major holiday

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Act as charge nurse overseeing resident care
Administer medications accurately and safely
Perform wound care and assess skin integrity
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and communicate with families
Maintain accurate documentation in Matrix EMR
Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations

Qualifications

Current RN license in North Dakota or compact state
BLS certification required (AHA)
Minimum 1 year of long-term care experience preferred
Ability to work 12-hour shifts and every other weekend

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in medication administration and wound care
Proficient with Matrix EMR or similar systems
Strong leadership and communication abilities
Knowledge of geriatric nursing and chronic disease management
